The National Command and Staff College is hosting a number of MAGNUS Leadership Conferences throughout the US. MAGNUS Leadership provides officers with a foundation of character-based principles for increased resiliency and tactical responses to the Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous (VUCA) world of law enforcement.
In this 2-day seminar, I co-present with Dr. Mitch Javidi, the founder and chancellor of the National Command and Staff College. I present portions of the Police Dynamics program while he adds the critical dimensions of Emotional Intelligence, Self-Awareness, and the tactical application of Reversal Theory. This program has been well received everywhere we have presented it, including NYPD as the core of their NYPD Credible Leadership Initiative.
